Monday 10th: We leave home this morning and make our way to Bournemouth, after stopping for lunch we arrive at our hotel later this afternoon.
Tuesday 11th: This morning, we travel to Salisbury. Salisbury’s history dates back to the Iron Age, it is best known for having the tallest cathedral spire in England along with a well-preserved medieval town with many attractive wooden buildings. This afternoon we travel to the charming market town of Shaftesbury, steeped in Saxon history.
Wednesday 12th: After a leisurely breakfast, the day is free for you to explore the resort of Bournemouth.
Thursday 13th: This morning, we head to the town of Lyndhurst, known as the capital of The New Forest. Lyndhurst offers a wide range of shops, cosy tea rooms, old-world pubs and cafes. Later, we travel to the market town of Lymington, in the south of the New Forest. Here we have a chance to enjoy lunch and spend some time exploring at our own pace.
Friday 14th: Leaving after breakfast, our return journey takes us via the pretty Cotswolds where we will take a break for lunch before continuing home.
