Monday 17th: We leave home this morning and travel towards the west coast of Wales, arriving at our hotel later this afternoon.
Tuesday 18th: This morning, we visit charming St Davids, the smallest city in Britain. We have a guided tour of beautiful St Davids Cathedral, with its Rose window and unique carved wooden ceiling. We then have leisure time to explore the lovely city itself and have lunch before we later make our way back to the hotel.
Wednesday 19th: After a leisurely breakfast we make our way to the ancient market town of Cardigan. Our first stop is Cardigan Castle where we have a short, guided tour before we then have time to wander the narrow streets and traditional shops.
Thursday 20th: Picton Castle is our first visit today, where we have a guided tour and time to explore the Woodland Garden. Picton is regarded as Pembrokeshire’s finest stately home and gardens, after ample time at leisure, we make our way to the popular seaside resort of Tenby for the afternoon.
Friday 21st: We leave after breakfast and make our way along the coast to Aberystwyth where we have time to browse the town centre and enjoy lunch before we return home, arriving later this afternoon.
