The displays explore how the village developed, from the working conditions to the charming architecture and lively social scene. The museum is packed with nostalgia, from vintage soap packaging to the story of  Ringo Starr’s first performance with the Beatles, which took place in Port Sunlight in 1962.. Step inside a worker’s cottage and experience everyday life in Port Sunlight  in Edwardian times. Explore the family bedrooms, scullery and living room, which doubled as the kitchen, all recreated with the furniture and fittings of a bygone age.
